I offer you a guided tour of the installations from the presses, through the vat room then the cellar, during which I will explain the vinification of champagne. We will therefore follow the path of the grape, from the press to the bottle. The king of beverages will no longer have any secrets from you.

To end the visit, I will offer you a tasting of our emblematic vintage in our panoramic room or the covered terrace in order to fully enjoy the breathtaking view of the Champagne vineyards of the Marne Valley, where you will have your cold meal of local specialties .
